OverviewKHC pressure transmitters are based on film sensing element deposited on stainless steel diaphragm. Thanks to the latest state of the art SMD electronics and compact all stainless steel construction, this products are extremely robust and reliable, specially suitable for mobile hydraulics applications. In particular the KHC series combines high accuracy with temperature stability, resistance to extreme environmental conditions and CAN digital output with mobile hydraulics typical protocols. Developed to ensure a robust and high-performance solution for applications such as agricultural machines, contruction machines and material handling equipments. The digital signal, in addition to the pressure measurement, also contains the data related to the temperature of the device. The instrument is delivered preconfigured and ready to be used without any further effort. Custom configurations are also possible, to be specified on order, or programmable by the user. |

OverviewKX pressure transmitters are based on Gefran proven thick film on stainless steel technology, with totally welded metal structure without internal seals, in order to be suitable with any kind of fluid. Also the housing is stainless steel made, with IP65 to IP67 degree of environment protection. This transmitter is suitable for all those applications which require robustness, safety as well as high accuracy. The KX series can be used in applications characterized by the presence of explosive atmosphere. For this reason the probes are designed and manufactured according to the ATEX 94/9/CE Directive. |

OverviewThe "IMPACT" series of Gefran are pressure transmitters, without transmission fluid, for using in high temperature environment (350°C). Medium pressure is transferred directly to the sensitive silicon element via a thick diaphragm. Strain is transduced by a micro-machined silicon structure (MEMS). The operating principle is piezoresistive. The micro structure includes the measurement membrane and piezoresistors. The minimum deflection required by the sensitive element makes it possible to use very robust mechanics. The process contact membrane can be up to 15 times thicker than the membrane used in traditional Melt sensors. Application:

Gefran presents its new TPFAS Series, a fluid-free pressure transmitter with miniature flush diaphragm and measurement ranges from 0-25 bar to 0-600 bar.
Gefran presents its new TPFAS Series, a fluid-free pressure transmitter with miniature flush diaphragm and measurement ranges from 0-25 bar to 0-600 bar.
A flush diaphragm is needed to measure the pressure of high-viscosity and abrasive fluids, because a normal transmitter with traditional retracted diaphragm and threading with through-hole would clog immediately and stop working.
With bonded strain gauge on stainless steel technology and a thick, fluid-free stainless steel diaphragm, the TPFAS Series is very robust and resistant, suitable for measuring the pressure of high-viscosity and abrasive fluids such as resin, silicone, polyurethane, glue, rubber, cement, concrete, pastes, mixes, etc.).
In addition to its robustness, the TPFAS’s great advantage is its miniature diaphragm, available in two versions (Ø10.9 mm with G ¼” and Ø8.6 mm with M10x1 threaded connection), making it easy to install even in tight spaces.
The Ø8.6 mm diaphragm with M10x1 threaded connection is the smallest of its kind on the market, making this product unique! The TPFAS series is also available with the Digital Autozero option, a very useful function activated with a magnetic pen. This function makes the product extremely versatile and efficient, ideal for all industrial applications on mix/meter/dispense machines for resin and polyurethane, glue and adhesive machines, rubber processing machines, cement and concrete mixer pumps, etc.

TPFAS Series flush diaphragm pressure transmitters are based on bonded strain gauge on stainless steel technology.
Thanks to the strong flush diaphragm made with 17-4 PH stainless steel, TPFAS is particularly suitable for pressure measurement where the media is with high viscosity (thick fluids, oils, rubber, pulps, chemical products, etc.) and small size diaphragm is required while internal measuring chamber transducers cannot be used.
The high thickness of the diapragm makes the product very reliable and suitable for heavy industrial application.
Internal state of the art electronics allows a wide range of current and voltage signal outputs, as well as the innovative “Digital Autozero” function is able to perform an easy and quick automatic zero adjustment after the installation, simply with the touch of a magnetic pen or by short circuiting two pins on the electrical connector.
